The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order before the same has been dispatched without giving any reason for doing so. Once dispatched, the order would be cancelled only on return of the unopened item. Once opened, these are non-returnable items as personal care and hygiene would be a factor.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Returns and Complaints

Ensuring product hygiene is our priority. Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Defective Items: If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care on or call us on +91-11-47527871 within 7 days of receipt of the product.

When we receive the defective item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in its original condition and then issue either a full refund, Online Cash (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. 

Returns If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery provided the product has not been opened or used. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer. However, the shipping charges would not be refunded and return shipping would have to be borne at your end. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remain intact.

Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product and if eligible issue a refund of the purchase amount minus the shipping amount as store credits. You can redeem your store credit towards future purchases from us. In case the return is found ineligible for refund, we will courier the product back to you.

We will strive to close the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our Return policy is as follows Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, skin irritations, fragrance / flavour like or dislike, products would not be applicable for return. As these are natural products and would change colour and consistency with varying temperature and storage conditions, returns will not be considered for change of colour / consistency requests. Returns would be considered for any Manufacturing Defects or Spoilage before the same has been used. The Packing and all should be intact and all accessories should be sent back along with the Item.As these are Personal Care Items, once used or tampered with, they would be ineligible for Returns.  Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:Damages due to misuse of product.Any consumable item which has been used or installed.Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.Some special rules for promotional offers may override website’s  Returns Policy.In case of any queries, please Write to our customer care on Or Call us on   +91-11-47527871, +91-9873757871You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
